Light wire, wire

The Blobbs are crocheted in the Japanese technique of Amigurumi. Amigurumi is a crochet pattern used mainly to craft little dolls, animals or inanimate objects. The word Amigurumi is derived from a combination of the Japanese words ami, meaning crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi, meaning stuffed doll.

Amigurumi figures are usually made for their cuteness and are collective items. They are created and collected for aesthetic reasons and have generally no practical use.The Blobbs are delicate objects that play with light and space – lustrous spheres of tangibility.
